You can now
check for my availability, then go to

and select from 3 easy options (Pianist, DJ, or
Combination of both); add any "extras" you might need
for your event, and then pay for your event right there!
A contract will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your booking.
Note: You can choose between paying a 50% deposit
(using this coupon: 50now50ltr)
with the balance due on or before your performance date; or
you can save 10%-off the price of your event, when paying
in-full now (using this coupon:
save10pnow). Coupon is applied in special box on
the shopping cart, and will be reflected in the price at checkout.
Please write these coupons down on a piece of paper to
help you remember them.

3) Next,
check my
availability with the following availability
calendar:
If your date is available, great! I will contact you when I
receive the contact form. But you can continue on to receive a
free quote.
4) Select your chosen Plan from the menu
5) Fill in information form and select which
deposit payment option works best for you.
50/50 or
10%-off Full pay option.
6) Quote will appear.
Please print and keep in a safe pace. If
you wish to continue on with the online booking process, you can
print the contract and pay online using PayPal by clicking on BOOK
ONLINE button. If not, request a contract from me: gazlayd@bellsouth.net
7) Make your payment by personal check (payable
to Douglas D. Gazlay) or with
credit card, online via PayPal. Once the payment is
received, the date is removed from the availability checker and is
yours!

Online Song Selection:
If you've booked my DJ services, start selecting the songs with
my very cool online song selection using the Group Name and
Password which will be forwarded to you in an e-mail and placed
in the "details" section of your contract.

9) Await your complimentary Planning Session at my
D-Grooves Recording Studio in Smyrna, GA. (A $150.00
value- included at no charge!). This happens about
two weeks before your event. At that time we plan out
meticulously exactly how you want your event to progress, and confirm
your music choices. You can print the
Event Planning Worksheet,
which will be used at our meeting.
