"Gaz" tip of the month:
The Heat Is On!!! |

The Heat Is ON!!! And it's
relentlessly scorching the Atlanta earth once again. That
beautiful grass I was enjoying just a couple months ago....gone.
Only brown, parched remnants remain. It's all about
keeping the permanent larger plants alive now. Good luck with
that. But inside
it's hard to keep a whole house cool enough to be
comfortable. So, yes, I've broken down and have now installed
a window air conditioning unit in the bedroom.
I'm purchasing one for other rooms, also. It's just too
expensive to cool a whole house down. So, that's my
recommendation and tip for you this month on how to stay cooler and
not burn to a crisp when you get your electric bill next month!
It's a little "Trailor Trash", but hey- my mother
served "Tuna Casserole" on Christmas day....(to this day- still
does)- so, maybe it's o.k. after all! :-) |
