Realtors come and realtors go, but no one has ever put the time, heart
and soul into working out home sales solutions like my friend, Tim Grissett.
Several years ago I was living at a home where Tim had to coordinate selling
AND closing two pieces of property at the same time or else
the seller would have lost them both to the bank! Tim,
admittedly along with some Divine Help, made that almost unbelievable
combination of things happen. The seller sold and closed within
hours, on two pieces of property and was spared losing it all.
